The policy extends beyond standard cyber liability with Cyber crime / FTF. Policyholders get 7 bundled proactive services — Vulnerability scanning, Phishing simulation, Training & awareness and Risk assessment, among others — designed to reduce breach risk before a claim ever happens. - Third-party: cyber liability, privacy regulatory defence and fines (GDPR up to €20M or 2% global turnover), network security liability.
- Mid-term vulnerability alerts: AIG proactively notifies policyholders of identified malware, unpatched vulnerabilities or misconfigurations during the policy period.
- Cyber Resiliency Program: complimentary proactive services for eligible policyholders (min. €5,000 annual premium); incl. vulnerability scanning, phishing simulation, eLearning, dark web monitoring and legal/tech consulting.
Limitations
- Cyber crime (social engineering, FTF), system failure, dependent BI, bricking, voluntary shutdown, and reputational loss are optional endorsements — not included by default.
