- AEGIS Cyber Liability: purpose-built for the utility and energy sector; mutual insurer exclusively serving energy industry members. Coverage: enterprise and industrial control systems (ICS/OT); failure to supply; contingent business interruption; system failure; bricking. Aggregate policy limits up to $50M. Affirmative Cyber War coverage (effective May 1, 2026): elected add-on covering nation-state and cyber war losses regardless of threat actor identity, intent or affiliation; all-member aggregate limit $200M. AEGIS Incident Response Panel and pre-/post-breach vendors available via AEGIS eRiskHub. Member Credit Program: Product, Loyalty and Loss Control credits available upon renewal. Surplus lines insurer eligible in all US jurisdictions and licensed in all Canadian provinces/territories.
Limitations
- Members-only mutual insurer — exclusively for utility and energy sector members. No standard war/nation-state exclusion (affirmative war coverage available as elected add-on from May 1, 2026).
